Hi,

We’re looking for a new flatmate (over 30, easygoing, and open-minded) to join us in our lovely 3-bed flat in a peaceful block near Putney station. This isn’t a party flat, so if you’re looking for a relaxed, friendly, and respectful living environment, we’d love to hear from you! The room is available now, however we are happy to consider people who can't move until January.

The Room & Flat:

- Bright double room with king-sized bed and wardrobe
- Large shared living room with dining area and big TV
- Fully equipped kitchen (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
- You’ll be sharing a bathroom with only one other person
- Access to a beautiful communal garden, lift, and porter service

Rent: £803.25/month + around £100 for bills(depends on the season) = £903.25 total
Deposit: 6 weeks' rent; references required

About Us:
We are Jess and Justyna, both in our mid-30s, working full-time in interior design and architecture. During the week, we keep things low-key but enjoy catching up over some TV or a shared meal.

Ideal Flatmate:
We’re looking for someone who has their own life but is equally happy to socialise now and then. It is really important to us that you want to make it a home and not just a place to sleep. You’ll need to work primarily from an office, as this isn’t a full-time WFH setup.

Location:
Prime spot! Just a 5-7 minute walk to Putney station, the high street, and close to East Putney tube.
