Unfortunately this room is not available to couples, anyone working from home full time or if you are under the age of 30. Also pets are not allowed in the building.

The Flat:
A 3 bed 2 bathroom flat is in a period building with a beautiful huge communal garden, a lift and porter service (not a concierge, more a rubbish collection service and clean the communal areas service).

Large living room with dining space, huge TV. There is a decent kitchen with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.

The Room:
A good sized double room, with a king-sized bed and a wardrobe and curtains. This room also
Rent is £803.25per month + £100pcm for bills (£903.25 Total)

About the housemates:
Katie & Jess are both 38-39 year old professional working busy jobs. Jess works for an interior design firm and I am city based but currently working from home 30% of the time. During the week is generally quite low key, meeting friends for a walk or a run after work, dinner out. We have busy social life but enjoy chilling on the sofa watching a box set and also our own time in our rooms.

About you:
Like minded, easy going and sociable who has their own life but is happy chill out on the sofa and watch some TV occasionally.
You need to be office based as the flat doesn't work for WFH all the time.

Costs
Rent is as above.
Deposit is 6 weeks rent.
References will be required.

Bills
Hot water and heating are free due to it being a communal system, we pay £100 each into a bill account monthly for WiFi, Tv licence, council tax (band E) and electricity and every few months split the leftovers so we can treat ourselves :-)

The flat and block aren't a ‘party house’ and there are quite a few older people and families in the block so it’s quite peaceful, the block is a 5 -7 minute walk from Putney train station and the high street with a bus stop right outside the mansion block too and East Putney tube is a 10-12 mins walk away.

The flat is available to move from 14 August onwards and the date is flexible. I deal directly with our Landlord, who is very flexible and helpful. We are looking for the right fit for the flat – not to just fill a room.
