Looking for a person to take over a double room in this gorgeous flat located 10 minutes away from Putney railway station (waterloo train takes you in central London within 15 minutes!) and 15 minutes away from East Putney station (district line). We also have a bus stop located 4 minutes away from the flat serving buses n. 37 to Peckham, 14 to Russel square, 85, 93, 39 to Putney Bridge and 424 to Fulham.

Local amenities include: shopping centre, Sainsbury, Lidl, Waitrose and Tesco Express alongside lots of dining options!

While the flat is located quite close to Putney high street (10min away), the area is lovely and quiet. The flat is located on the first floor of a 2 floor building.

Amenities included: bath+shower, dishwasher, washing machine+dryer, separate filtered water tap in the kitchen, large living room with dining room and balcony. The flat is bright and sunny during the day which helps if you’re wfh some days. We have also a communal garden.

If you wfh you can also fit a desk (which we also have a spare one if you need) as well but you’d also have access to the living room to work from if you’d like.

The flat is rented via agency and a £50 non refundable service charge is applied. This covers all the checks the agency has to do for each tenant. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required. The agency is really supportive and lovely and always attend to the flat.
