We have a double room with ensuite on the top floor of our 4-bed house in Putney - a private space with its own staircase. It is an airy space with windows on two sides giving views including sunsets over the common. As well as a double bed, the bedroom has a table, desk, drawers, kettle and built-in wardrobe storage. The bathroom has a skylight, shower, oak floor and carrara marble surfaces. Weekly cleaning is included. As well as your private top floor, you would have shared use of our bright, spacious kitchen-living room and sunny west-facing garden.

This is for someone coming into London for work and returning to their own place at weekends so we are looking for a Monday-Friday let only.

Location:
A great location if you are looking for fast transport to central London as well as space and nature. Putney has lively restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and the Half Moon for live music. Barnes is also close with lots to offer including the Ponds, the market, cafes and bistros, the renowned Olympic Cinema and a more village feel. All quite idyllic and chilled.

Putney Bridge tube (short walk)
Putney Rail (short walk- Direct to Waterloo 15 mins)
Buses (265, 485, 378, 22 every few mins from end of the road to central London)

We are a friendly family household of 2, occasionally 3 or 4 - depending on who is home. I am the live-in landlord and a designer, often out for work but mainly in the home studio. We have had lodgers previously and enjoy the additional company while also respecting the mutual need for privacy.
