Room in great flat! Putney

Hi everyone,

One of our housemates is moving up north and so we are looking for a new flatmate from April 1st.

Flat currently consists of 3 guys, working professionals in the Film & TV industry. It's a small single room with a 3/4 double bed in a nice quiet neighbourhood, which has free on street parking. The flat has high speed internet, a communal living room and a cleaner who comes once a week.

The flat is a 3 minute walk to the river and Putney Common, 5 minute walk to the local high street wand Putney Bridge where there are plenty of shops, 10-15 min walk to either Putney Bridge Tube Station, Putney Train Station or Barnes Train Station. There are also plenty of bus routes running through the area so is well connected to the city, and equal distance to Richmond Park so a nice balance. Lots of green space in the local area .

Communal living room with a decent tv (streaming services included), sofas & balcony with lots of plants and flowers. We also have some good communal storage spaces for shoes/coats, with space inside the main building to lock a bicycle.

Kitchen revamped in the last 24 months so in good condition, has gas hobs, oven, fridge/freezer & washing machine. Personal cupboard and fridge space included. The wider building the flat resides in has also recently had a multi million pound revamp.

Rent is £800 all inclusive with a £600 deposit.

We are looking for either a male or female, ideally similar minded, somewhat sociable (but understand the need for personal space) ,must be clean & tidy up after themselves and ideally not adverse to a trip to the pub from time to time! :)
