Double room available in a large 3-bedroom house located in a green and quiet court in Putney!

I am looking for an honest and tidy person, who’d wish to live in a familiar, friendly, and respectful environment.

The house has a whole main floor entirely designated as a living room and a private garden.

There’s a new carpet, refreshed walls, a recently refurbished kitchen & bathroom. There’s also a second toilet and lots of storage space.

Free parking is also available.

Internet, council tax and water included. Gas & Electricity proportionally shared every 3 months.

Putney station and East Putney are a 10 min walk away; bus connections are just round the corner including 24h/night services.

The high street has plenty of amenities, Putney Heath is full of green, and the riverside is the perfect spot for a recharging walk in nature that makes you forget you are in the city!
