Large room on Putney embankment

Hi everyone,

I am looking for someone to take over my room in our light and airy flat in Putney by the river.

About the flat:

Based a stones throw away from Putney Embankment, the flat is based in a Victorian mansion block. It honestly has the best view (from the balcony) and I'll be sad to say goodbye.

The flat is light and airy with some little quirks. It has a lovely open living space, with sofas, TV and a balcony for sitting out on in the summer.

The kitchen has lots of storage, a fridge/freezer, dining table and gas oven! It's a really cosy space to sit and have dinner in.

The bathroom has a shower/bath and again has good storage!

Bills roughly come to £100 a month.

Putney is great, we have lots of cafes, bars and pubs surrounding the flat. You also have the high street which is a 4 min walk away which has so many options it's great.

Transport:

10 mins from Putney Bridge Tube
10 mins from Putney Train station
Loads of bus routes from the bridge and lower Richmond Road.

The room:

This is the biggest room in the flat, is so light and airy. It comes with a chest for draws, wardrobe and two bedside tables. It is a lovely place to chill out after a long days work.

The people:

Anna works at British airways and is so much fun! If you like a home baked good, then she is your gal. She loves a crafty project so is always busy making something so cool! Anna loves running too, so you'll often catch her on runs during the week and weekends.
Anna is the hostess with the mostest, she hosts the best dinner parties so you'll be in for a treat.

Sophie is a part time masters student and physio. She loves exercise so you'll often catch her on the river Thames.. yes even in the winter ! She is such good vibes, and always has a tv season on the go! So is always down to chill out and watch the latest episode.

They are both some of the nicest girls, and I'll be sad to say bye! They are clean, respectful and are looking for someone to move in who they can call a friend.
