🏡 About the Flat

This is a three-bedroom flat owned by my parents (who live in Poland), and I manage the place and live here myself.

It’s very much a home rather than just somewhere to crash. I put care into maintaining and improving it - we’ve recently refurbished the living room with a cozy sofa, new dining table and chairs, and a great TV setup. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space that we’re proud of.

👋 About Us

I work in the film industry as a Video Editor (originally studied Computer Science), and I’ve spent much of my 20s living and working abroad, mostly in Asia. I moved back to London a few years ago to focus on my career.

The other flatmate is a personal trainer, London-born with Filipino heritage.

We’re both independent, respectful, and value a calm living environment.

🧼 Cleanliness & House Dynamic

We’re looking for someone responsible who’s happy to contribute to keeping the flat tidy.

We operate a simple cleaning rotation - once every three weeks, each person takes a turn cleaning the shared spaces. It’s straightforward, the flat is small and easy to maintain, and it’s worked well for years.

We’re not obsessive, but we do care about shared spaces staying clean and about everyone cleaning up after themselves.

If you’re someone who naturally respects shared environments, you’ll fit right in.

🔇 House Vibe

This isn’t a party house. It’s a relaxed, respectful shared home.

Quiet hours are 11pm–9am - meaning no loud calls, laundry, or kitchen noise late at night, as the rooms connect closely to the common areas.

Daytime gatherings are absolutely fine - we just respect each other’s schedules and sleep.

• Bus stops right (33, 337, 493) outside with quick links to East Putney tube
• Barnes Station is a 10–15 minute walk (or a 6-minute run if you’re cutting it close)
