A large and spacious bedroom is now available in a conveniently located, quiet and looked after flat close to the river Thames. It is an en-suite with sink, toilet and shower cubicle.

The room is unfurnished, save for two open IKEA-style wardrobes which come with the room. The room receives plenty of natural light and is south facing. It is also large so there is plenty of space to add some more furnishing and decorations to truly make it your own little living space!

The flat itself is on a quiet road located just off Putney High Street - Lidl, Waitrose and a 24-hour Sainsbury's are a stone's throw away. It is also close to Putney rail station, and is equidistant from both Putney Bridge and East Putney tube stations (district line). The flat also has an open-plan kitchen/living room with all the necessary amenities - fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher etc. There is also a washer-dryer present in the flat, and a communal desk for those WFH days where you don't feel like working in your room.

You'll be sharing with myself. I'm a 26 y/o male professional working in Vauxhall and tend to WFH about 2 days a week. I'm a sociable guy but I also like to respect space, cleanliness and noise levels. Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask 🙂
