Private Bedroom: The available bedroom is cozy and well-lit, furnished with a spacious wardrobe and a study desk (no bed)

Shared Spaces: The tenant will have full access to all shared areas, including a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a bright and airy living room, and a clean bathroom.

Balcony: Enjoy a breath of fresh air and the cityscape from our private balcony. It's a great spot to unwind after a long day.

Flexible Arrangement: As we are away for three weeks every month, you'll have the entire flat to yourself during that time. It offers you the perfect opportunity to enjoy privacy and tranquility. For the right tenant we can be flexible with the move in dates

Location: Our flat is conveniently located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, with easy access to public transportation, shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

Terms and Conditions:

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon move-in.

Duration: We prefer long-term tenants, but short-term arrangements can be considered.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the flat and on the balcony.

Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at the moment.

Application Process: Interested applicants will undergo a simple application process and background check.
