We are looking to rent our beautiful riverside flat in Putney from mid July 2024

A lovely two bed/two bathroom flat, a 10 minute walk away from East Putney tube (zone 2) and Wandsworth Town (overground) and about a 30 second walk from the River Thames and Wandsworth Park. There's also Wandsworth Pier at the end of road with commuter boats into central London. A short stroll along the river will take you to Putney or Wandsworth High Street and all the great shops, restaurants and amenities there.

There is an underground car park space available for an additional charge if of interest and a bike storage room.

2 Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom:
A large bedroom with shower/toilet ensuite. Large built in wardrobes.

2nd Bedroom:
Good size 2nd bedroom with balcony access.

Spacious living area with room for a 6 seater table and a long balcony which stretches across the length of the apartment. Also a large separate space for storage.

Water and service charge is included within the rental cost.

The apartment block also has a two-floor roof top terrace which is a great space for those lazy sunbathing summer days or an al fresco meal. It is fully equipped with communal benches/tables/loungers etc

The area:
The local area is really great, we absolutely love leafy Putney and being so close to central London, it is the best of both worlds. The area is mainly new build residential apartments, a few restaurants, coffee shop, and and three great pubs― there is also a handy Sainsbury’s local 2 minutes walk away. A little further along the river brings you to more pubs and restaurants. Beautiful Fulham Palace is also just a 20-minute walk away across the river.

There are also two shopping centres; both about 10- 15 minute walk away with cinemas (Southside Centre and Putney High Street).

Putney station over ground (15 minute walk)
Wandsworth Town over ground (12 minute walk)
There is also a plethora of buses including to and from central London
