Homely House in Putney 🏡

A lovely, double room in a three- storey victorian house in Putney. It's a 7 minute walk to East Putney station, 6 minute walk to Putney High street and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Wandsworth Park.

The house features a cosy, homely lounge (where we binge on Netflix crime documentaries), a separate dining room (great for hanging washing and working from home), a kitchen and a garden. The house has plenty of space, so you never feel on top of each other.

You’ll be sharing the top floor with myself Taylor, we both will be sharing a bathroom (the other housemates have their own bathrooms, which is great!). It comes with a shower, toilet and a separate bath.

The room itself has a double bed, desk, double sized wardrobe, chest of drawers, small shelving and a large mirror.

The house is kept tidy, clean and is well maintained in-between the cleaner coming.

You’ll be sharing the house with myself Taylor, Laurie and Britt, we are all aged between 30-35 years old.

Laurie works as an EA in Central London and works some days from home and the office. She loves cross fit, the gym, going for boujee dinners, traveling, long walks, watching true crime (+ horrors), going to exhibitions and museums.

Britt works in IT marketing and also works some days in the office or at home. She loves playing Tag Ruby and is a real pro, she loves exploring new places to eat/drink or when at home loves to watch a good movie.

I Taylor, a really easy going Aussie who works at Harrods in a luxury fashion brand. I love exploring London as I have just moved here myself, going to the gym, going for dinners, pampering sessions, traveling and watching true crime.

We are looking for someone aged from 30 years old, who works full time, who is like minded, sociable, clean and tidy.

The rent is £832 per month, and you’ll pay straight to Dexter's by the 1st of each month. Deposit is £858.14

The bills in winter come to around £200 a month each. This covers gas and electricity, water, council tax, internet, sky tv and a cleaner who comes every two weeks.
