We have a double room available in a clean, spacious, 3 bed, first floor flat, with separate kitchen and living room. Location is very convenient with lots within walking distance and accessible transport links. Professionals preferred. All bills included.

- 10 min walk to East Putney tube
- 15 min walk to Putney station
- 18 min bus to Clapham Common (bus stop outside flat)
- 15 min walk to Wandsworth (south side shopping centre)
- 5 min walk to Putney Heath/ Wimbledon common

The room has loads of storage, built in wardrobes and plenty of room for a desk (not included). Recently put in new double glazed windows throughout the flat with additional secondary glazing in the bedrooms. There is a sturdy bed frame but own mattress required. Access to own private garden on ground floor. Bikes can be kept in garden or locked storage. Parking permit can be arranged at own cost.

You will be sharing with 2 flatmates who are friendly and easy going. The flat is kept clean and tidy and we are looking for someone who will do the same.

I travel a lot so am usually in the flat every other week and rarely about on weekends. I work as program manager for M&S and when in the flat I always go into the office. The other female flat mate is very friendly and works locally as a rowing coach.
