Double Room by Putney Bridge (Bills Included)

I have a spare double bedroom I am looking to rent out in a flat I purchased 2 years ago. The room is fully furnished and everything in the flat is brand new as I renovated the place after purchase.

The flat is a split level flat with an open plan living / kitchen area.

Bills would be included and would include standard gas and electricity, council tax, cable TV (sky sports, TNT sports, sky movies etc) plus Netflix, Now TV, Prime and Apple TV.

I also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to clean the entire place.

All of the above would be included in the monthly rent.

In terms of the room, it has a double bed with underneath storage and comes fully furnished with a chest of drawers and wardrobe. I have also put up a 37 inch smart tv which has full cable tv (sky sports, TNT sports, sky movies etc).

Alongside the cable I have Netflix, Amazon, Apple and sky now subscriptions that all sit on the main tv account.

The flat is located on Lower Richmond Road and is a 2 min walk from the Thames.

Lower Richmond Road is just off Putney high street and the flat itself is nestled in between some nice pubs and independent cafes and restaurants.

In terms of transport it is located about 10 mins walk from Putney Bridge station and Putney overground which takes you into the city via the district line or overground.

A bit about myself: I moved back to london after living in NYC for 4 years to buy a property. I work in tech and have an office located in the city. I tend to work a few days in and out the office each week.

In my spare time I tend to play a bit of sport and hit the gym. I play 5-aside most Wednesdays and tend to go for the odd run over the weekend.

In terms of a flatmate I was looking for someone in their late 20s / early 30s. Full time employed. Fairly low key who would keep it chill on the weekdays but down for a beer over the weekend.
