1 bedroom with en suite available in family home

Hey, I'm Tash, the live in landlord. I couldn't put an age range below 18 but it's a family house. We have a 1 year old and my 9 year old (who is here half the time).

We're looking for 1 extra housemate (female please). One room has already been taken so just one remaining. I've removed the photos of the room that has gone. This bedroom is on a separate floor from the others.

There is a lovely garden and also a roof terrace which would be shared.

The kitchen would be shared, however it's not yet been extended (planned for sometime in the future!) but I would say, it's not the best kitchen for budding chefs who cook a lot, as it's not huge and could do with a face lift but certainly good enough!
