Hi all, I’m still looking for a new flatmate to join my 2 bed flat in Putney. Im very social and enjoy playing tennis, Working out, running and reading. I also like a cheeky pub trip. I’m a male in my late 20s and looking for someone to join me to make this place their home rather than simply a flat share.
The room is available for January but I’m flexible on move in dates.

- separate living and dining room and 1 bathroom split
- Rent is £1050 + approx £85 bills each a month
- Room has double bed with storage, large wardrobe
- Deposit is 5 weeks rent
