Ensuite double in Edwardian Putney flat -inc bills

We are looking for a flatmate in our lovely two bedroom flat in a beautiful Edwardian conversion in Putney to move in from mid November onwards.. You would be sharing with myself (Danielle) and my boyfriend Patrick.

The room being rented is a double with a small double bed, inbuilt wardrobe, under bed storage and access to its own ensuite bathroom. There is also additional storage in the lounge, bathroom that can be used.

The flat is one of five in an Edwardian converted house in a peaceful residential street, Gwendolen Avenue, and has a parking space at the front of the house. It's well laid out and has a huge living/dining space to share with a large TV with Netflix and movie channels, high ceilings and a period fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a washer dryer, hot water and filtered water tap, oven, air fryer and dishwasher.

The flat is 5-10 minute walk from Putney station (South West Trains) and 10-15 minutes from East Putney tube station (District Line). It is just a short walk to Putney High Street - with great shopping, restaurants and bars.

**Total cost is £1100 including all bills**

A bit about me a I am Danielle, 35, and work as a tennis coach. I enjoy tennis, dancing, trying new things and spending time with friends and family. Patrick is an estate agent in Earlsfield, also 35.

We are looking for a new flatmate who is professional, respectful, tidy and sociable. We are considering Monday-Friday too for a reduced price. We have both had successful experiences sharing with people who became friends in the past. We're generally fairly busy and out and about, it would be nice when our paths do cross that we can chill and chat.

Please note I am not considering people who work from home full time as want to keep shared living spaces for relaxing- so unfortunately if you would need to work from home full time this wouldn't be the right fit.
