Double room in Putney.

I'm going on a 3 month furniture making course between January and early April, so I'm looking to sublet my room out while I'm away.

You'll be living with my partner Kurtis and our gorgeous doggo Tigris (both clean, tidy and friendly 😂)

Ideally we'd like someone who would like a short term let Jan /Feb /march, however we're happy to be flexible if you require a slightly longer let e. g between December and April.

It's a lovely 2 bed flat in Putney 10-15 mins walk from Putney Station or East Putney (district line). The floor plan is attached (your room would be the smaller one). The flat is on the ground floor with patio doors onto a communal green area.

Rent is £850 per month and this includes bills:
Community fibre WiFi (really good)
Council tax
Water
Gas and electric
Kitty for bin bags, toilet roll, etc.

Ideally looking for someone late 20's to late 30's to take the room, but happy to consider anyone! Most importantly we just want someone who is easy to get along with, respectful of the flat and ready to have their heart stolen by Tigress🐶❤️
