Central Putney 1 room in large 4 bed 3 bath flat

We have 1 room available in our fully furnished 4 bedroom flat in Putney. We’re fun and friendly clean flat mates looking for an extra person to join. It's a naturally a sociable flat, but with large bedrooms for comfy privacy too and there's plenty of shared space (dining room, lounge, patio and kitchen).

Ideally located - 5 minutes walk from East Putney tube, Putney over ground rail station, the river and Putney High Street with lots of great cafes, shops, bars and restaurants.

The flat's been well maintained and looking for an extra person to join the flat.

On the top floor is the bedrooms and the first floor is open plan with a shared lounge and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. This includes a dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, large capacity washer drier, gas central heating and hot water. There's also an outside patio BBQ area measuring approx 3m x3m.

Currently there are 3 of us, two women who are working and one guy who is a post grad. We all enjoy socialising and hanging out alongside our busy working lives. Please let us know if you’d like more information or if you’d like to come and have a view!
