We are offering a lovely double room with plenty of storage in our 3 bedrooms flat.

The flat has a very cozy feel and is ideally situated between nature and city life.

Our household has a considerate, peaceful and friendly atmosphere.

We do our best to respect each others lifestyle and sleep.

We like to have chat here and there and love boardgames and gardening!

We are two professionals in our 20s and 40s.
We love nature, gardening, art, theatre and board games :)

We like to keep things clean and ready to use for everyone, so someone that is happy cleaning after themselves as they go and is mindful of others needs as much as theirs would be great :)

The room has a double bed, one built-in wardrobe, one separate wardrobe, two chest of drawers, one shoe cabinet, shelves and possibility of a desk.

The flat is a 3 bedrooms flat, very sunny, comfortable, very clean, tidy.
Large sitting room, bright and comfy.
Nice size kitchen with all necessary appliances (no dishwasher).
A brand new bathroom with a bathtub to have a nice relaxing bath on a rainy day :)

Close from all the shop with an easy and quick access to central London. And it is also very close to Putney heath that leads into Wimbledon common and Richmond park, so it is perfect if you like to go for a run after work or a walk.

Transport wise, It is situated in a very nice area of Putney (by the Green Man), very close from all commodities.

It's only 5 min to Clapham junction and 15 min to Waterloo by train. We have also 2 tube stations and tones of 24 hour buses (14, 85, 430, 37, 337)
