Spacious double room in riverside mansion block

Hey guys, I'm moving out of my double room available in Putney, University Mansion block, situated a 10 minute walk from Putney bridge underground and Putney train station, available immediately.
It's a spacious, super bright room, the flat has loads of storage space and we even have a study for those working from home.
Local amenities like Boots are a five minute walk away on the high street, with a big Waitrose, Lidl, M &S and Sainsbury's.
Close to the river and Bishops park, the flat is also a short walk away from Parsons Green and the lovely pubs it has to offer.
You'll be living with two professional females, aged 27-28, who work in Jewellery and finance. I'm hoping to find someone who is tidy and wants to make the flat a home. My flatmates and I enjoy going to the pub, on walks and trips to galleries, and want a flatmate we can be friends with, but we also respect having our own time/ space too. I'm flexible with dates, so please message. Bills come to £80-100 per month.
