We are three friendly working professionals looking for a female housemate of a similar age to us (late 20s/early-mid 30s).
We very much treat this as a home rather than just a house share, so it would suit someone who enjoys coming home to a quiet space to relax. We’re all good friends and enjoy having dinner together/going to the cinema etc.
We like to keep the house quite clean/tidy so we’re looking for someone who is respectful, easy-going and friendly. If you are a couple seeking somewhere to live, there will be a slight rent adjustment on this basis.
This is a short-term let and we are looking to rent the room on a 1 month rolling contract.
