I have recently purchased a flat and am looking for someone to occupy my double bedroom within my shared flat in Putney. The flat is spacious, split level with a huge wrap around balcony looking over London. The room available is the biggest of all four and comes with an en suite. The boys who live here are all young professionals who work hard but also enjoy socialising and exploring London. All fitness enthusiasts but also love a beer or two. The flat has lift and stair access to the top floor. Putney train station is approximately an 8 minute walk and East Putney tube (district line) is around 13 minute walk. The start date can be flexible if needs be.
