Spacious double bedroom with own balcony

Hi!
We have a beautifully bright double bedroom with its own private balcony, set within a spacious 3 bedroom flat and looking for the next great housemate.

The flat is in a smart modem build, a stone’s throw from the riverside and right next to pretty Wandsworth Park. Right in between Putney and Wandsworth, so great for transport and shopping, pubs, etc. The Queen Adelaide is just round the corner.

There is an underground allocated parking space too!

It is in great condition, spacious, with all 3 rooms having their own balcony and another balcony off of the shared living room.

The room itself is a great size double with a mirrored double wardrobe, bedside table shelving unit and large chest of drawers. Bed and additional storage TBC.

You would share a bathroom with just one other (Emilia) and there is a bath.

My two housemates are brilliant and have become friends - Martina and Emilia. Both are Italian, very clean and tidy and we enjoy spending time together but also have our own lives. There is always something tasty being cooked up and a movie or series on.

Due to relocation, I am very, very sadly having to leave the flat but in a position to move quickly, by early July.
