King bed room in 3 bed flat in Putney - south west London

I’m moving out of my flat after two and a half years. I have genuinely loved living in this flat but am moving away from the area.

The flat has a sitting/dining room. Separate kitchen with good appliances.

The room its self comes with the bed shown, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Fully furnished flat.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from Putney station and 15 minute walk to East Putney tube. Putney is a great area to live, lots is pubs, restaurants, bakeries and green spaces.

You’ll be living with two females aged 26-28. Would like a female flat mate of roughly the same age, also a professionals. We are all generally quiet during the week so would like someone who is the same. Working from home or office is accepted, it’s a spacious flat so we never feel overcrowded if all working from home at the same time.

On top of above costs there is also a one off admin fee of £50.
