Available for 4 months - 26 July to 25 November only

Bills are roughly £60-80 per month and cover council tax, internet, water, gas & electricity.

Part furnished room, cupboards come with the room but desk, bed and bedside tables are my own. Can leave in the room for an additional charge.

12 minute walk to Putney Bridge station (district line) and Putney station (train links). Short walk to the high street.

Only moving due to a family situation, lovely house!
