Two double rooms available from 14 August in a 3-bed flat, two minutes from Putney High Street.

Remaining flat mate is a professional in her mid 20s.

Both rooms include a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The shelving unit and desk in the larger room are owned by the tenant and not included.

The flat is on the first floor, has a large living room with a TV, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and loads of storage. We are thirty seconds from the pub, five minutes from supermarkets and ten minutes from Putney Station and Putney Bridge/East Putney Station.

Both deposits are £692 - including smaller room, but spareroom wouldn't let us do that.

Bills are roughly £95 per month, on top of rent. We all pay into one account at the end of the month, along with rent.
