Hi there, I'm sadly moving back to the States and I'm looking for someone to take over my 1/2 of the lease.
This is a great flat in Putney, close to the River Thames and lots of great pubs. 10 minute walk from Putney Station and Putney Bridge Station.
Current flatmate is a reception teacher and works out of the house M-F. She's LOVELY. Very nice, warm, clean and tidy. We've gotten on really well and I'm sad to leave the best flatmate I've ever had!
The flat has a HUGE renovated kitchen with new appliances and a relaxing sun-filled garden. The bathroom has also recently undergone a renovation.
