I am moving out to live with my partner and so am letting out my room from August until November 26th (last day of our tenancy). The house and the housemates are really lovely, and the location is so beautiful, so I hope you will love it as much as I have. There are great running and pub spots nearby and an ideal commute to central using the train from Putney station (15 mins to Waterloo). You also have easy access to Richmond Park and the riverside :)
The room is a double room with great light. The bathroom is shared with two other people and there is also a large kitchen as well as a separate lounge/dining room.
Please get in touch with any Qs and I am happy to arrange either in-person or virtual viewings / calls! Also happy to send more photos of the bathroom and kitchen etc :))
NB: security deposit is £1067, rent £850 per month, bills around £80 per month. Can come to an arrangement re bedroom furniture if needed,
