My current housemate is moving out at the beginning of August and I’m looking to find someone to move in.

The room is unfurnished however there is a built in wardrobe with drawers and my current housemate has a bed/mattress/side tables in the room that ideally the new tenant would buy if you don’t already have your own - but totally flexible here. You’ll also have an en suite with bath and walk in shower, as well as direct access onto the balcony.

The flat is located less than 2 mins from East Putney station so it’s ideal for both the District line and the South Western into Waterloo.
The flat is 2 bed, great size and has views of the city from a large balcony.

The building has secure underground parking (with allocated space), a concierge and large roof terrace and is walking distance to plenty of big and small supermarkets.

I have lived here for two years and have really worked to make this more of a home than a house share. Looking for someone around my age who likes to be social but also appreciates own space. I’m into fitness, watching sport, cycling, film, coffee walks and pretty much every other London cliche so would be great to find someone with similar interests!

Bills come to approximately £135pm each, I work for Sky so we have cheap but very fast WiFi for wfh along with the full Sky TV package for free in the living room and both bedrooms!
