Double room in lovely, social house in Putney

Sadly, I am leaving this wonderful house to move in with my boyfriend. I have lived here for almost two years and absolutely loved it.

The house is located just back from the high street so it is quiet, yet still easily accessible to a range of shops, cafes etc. We have the South Western trainline 4 minutes walk from us and the East Putney district line 10 minutes away.

The room is fully furnished and will come with the following:
- double bed frame and mattress
- desk
- chest of drawers
- book shelf
- clothing rack
- mirror

Bills are not included, but typically come to around £50 each month.

You’ll be living with 3 British girls, 1 Aussie and 1 Kiwi. They are such a lovely bunch of girls, super easy to get along with.

Move-in date is ideally the 21st of July.
