Double Room in Light & Cozy Putney Flat

Hi there!
We’ve got a double room available, and we’re looking for an awesome third flatmate :)

The Flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (you'll be sharing the bathroom from the picture with one other flatmate). The living room is spacious and welcoming, with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. With a modern kitchen and a big TV screen. The landlord lives out and is very responsive. Bills are not included, typically around £90 per month each.

The Room is cozy with lots of natural light, with views of the trees trough a large window. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and a wall-mounted TV. Also, we're on the top floor, so no worries about noise from upstairs ;)

Location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the high street. It’s a quiet area of Putney with no traffic noise, yet close to all the action: plenty of supermarkets (Lidl, Waitrose, Sainsbury's), shops, pubs, and restaurants.
We’re really well connected – just a 5-minute walk to Putney Train Station and 10 minutes to Putney Bridge and East Putney Underground stations.

We are two professionals that have lived in London for a few years: a mid-20s Polish girl, working as administrator, with a passion for fitness, cooking, and traveling; and a mid-30s Spanish boy working in IT who loves staying active, exploring the city, and learning new things.

We aim for a calm and positive vibe to make our place feel like home. We're seeking someone who's clean, tidy, respectful, and not working from home full-time.
