Rooms available in mixed sociable Putney Flat

Hey!

I am looking for 1 girl and 2 boys (to keep the balance) to fill my flatmates rooms in our 4 bed in Putney as they are moving out at the end of August/beginning of September to move in with their partner/ go travelling.

I am wanting this to be a sociable flatshare where we will all (hopefully!) become friends as well as flatmates. The ideal would be people that are easy-going and keen to hang out as a flat (trips to the pub, having friends over for BBQs, drinks, movie nights, the odd dinner party) but also have things going on of their own and respectful of other peoples work schedules and downtime. Looking for someone who is between the ages of 24 and 30, as I am 27 so want to keep it fairly similar in age.

Room 1 is available from the first of September (I had already had this room advertised and am expecting this to be filled by the viewings I already have - that’s the one saying taken but not confirmed yet).

Rooms 2 and 3 are available from the 25th August (these have just been added).

Room 1 (£895) is a large double with a LOT of built in storage! No space for a desk but there is plenty of space in the flat to accommodate around this.
Room 2 (£895) is a large double with 2 built in wardrobes and built in desks.
Room 3 (£665) is a small double just off the living room but comes with almost sole use of the downstairs bathroom (very rarely someone else will use it), a built in wardrobe and additional storage space in the hallway cupboard - so a real steal!

As room 1 and 3 don't have space for a desk in the room there is a perfect desk nook that the two current girls use away from the main living area. They share this, or if both are working from home, one will work from the dining table. As the other two rooms both have desks in their rooms there has never been an issue with us all working at home at the same time!

The flat is split over two floors with a utility room with washer and dryer, and a bathroom on the ground floor (primarily used by bedroom 3) and everything else on the first floor (including the main bathroom shared between the other 3 rooms). We have a lovely open plan living room with a small terrace that looks out onto the front door/cute road at the back. The flat was refurbished last year before we moved in so all in good working condition. We would be looking to get a fortnightly cleaner in to handle the big bits but would also like new flatmates that will keep the flat clean and tidy day-to-day.

The flat is about a 12min walk from Putney station (mainline into Waterloo) and 17min walk to East Putney underground station (district line)

It’s a fixed contact until June 2026 so the price is fixed until then but you can move out at any time, you just need to pay for a name change if you do. The flat came unfurnished (except for the beds which we negotiated) so we furnished it between us when we moved in last year. Therefore the incoming tenants would have to buy the share of the shared furniture off the outgoing tenants (sofa, coffee table, stuff like that!)
