I’m looking for a clean and tidy female flatmate to live together as my current flatmate is planning to move abroad.
The neighbourhood is pleasant along with a variety of shops and restaurants. It is also easy to connect to the central (25 mins train to Victoria & Waterloo)
The new contract starts from 29th Aug but the move in date is quite flexible. I would need someone who could sign off the contract asap with me. Time is ticking!
The bills including gas, electricity, water, wifi, council tax are roughly £100/person.
