Room Details:
Spacious bedroom in a modern 2-bedroom apartment
Perfect for a couple but the landlord only allows 3 people total in the flat. (We can work something out if you are serious about it.)
About Us:
We are a friendly couple, both postgraduate students with part time jobs looking for a like-minded flatmate.
I am currently studying Interior Design and looking for a full time job. My boyfriend is an architect and currently works in Mayfair for a real estate firm.
Our common hobbies include going to the gym, movies, exploring new places and trying new things. My boyfriend loves sports, gaming and cooking.
Ideal Flatmates:
We are looking for someone who is nice, fun, polite and respectful. Basically a flatmate/s who could potentially turn into a friend.
Students are welcome to enquire. My boyfriend studied at Kingston University as an international student and is happy to share with someone similar.
Costs:
Rent: £1250 per month (Bills excluded)
Tenancy Deposit: £1442.30
Holding Deposit: £288.46. (Deducted later from your first months rent).
The flat has a good energy efficiency rating (EPC B) so bills would come cheap and the flat also falls under Wandsworth Council (Band E) so council tax would be really cheap as well.
Your room comes fully furnished so you just need to move in. If you have your own furniture to bring in, we can work that out as well.
All other appliances in the common are already fitted as well.
Final words:
We are friendly and respectful people who really like this flat and want to make it our home. We have already put down a holding deposit and the final rent amount is already negotiated and agreed.
Sadly our friend who was taking the advertised room had to back out last minute because she secured a job outside London and has to move before the tenancy starts.
Thanks.
