Double Room Available in Cozy Putney Flat

I’m moving back to Australia, so we have a bright double room available in Putney. The room will be available from the start of December, but I can be a little flexible if you wish to move in slightly earlier.
The room comes fully furnished, with a double bed, set of drawers, night stand and deep built in cupboards. There are additional shared storage cupboards in the hall. The small desk can also be left if you’d like it. I note that the room is probably not large enough for a full size desk, so someone hybrid or 5 days in the office would be best suited!

The flat is on the first (and top floor) and is split across two levels. The kitchen and living room area is downstairs with the bathroom and bedrooms upstairs.

We are about a 15 minute walk (12 if you really hustle) to East Putney station and Putney train station alike. Putney high street is not far with plenty of shops and restaurants available. There's also a pub about 4 minutes from the flat! There is a bus hub close to the flat with a gate allowing quick access for residents.

There are many green spaces nearby. The gardens on the property are well maintained by gardeners. Putney Heath and Wimbledon common are very close!

Bills are split evenly and come to around £110 each per month, however we having been making changes to try to get this closer to £100 😬.

The Lease is until the start of September 2026.

You will be living with two lovely females in their mid-late 20s. Grace is 28, she’s from USA and Megan is 26, from New Zealand.

The girls have been a dream to live with and I’d stay forever if it weren’t for moving back home. They’re looking for a flatmate that has their own thing going on but also wants to make this place their home!
