Massive En-suite + Study/Walk-in Wardrobe

We are looking for a third roommate to join us in our homely flat in East Putney. Up for grabs is a gigantic en-suite room with separate walk-in wardrobe and study. Comes furnished with a double bed.

The flat itself is located on a quiet residential road. All the shared living areas are well sized and fully kitted out with the usual amenities. We also have the bonus of a suntrap balcony where we like to fire up the BBQ from time to time.

Transport wise, you would be a 7-minute walk to East Putney Station giving you quick access into central London. Just at the corner of our road is a bus stop served by the 37/337 bus routes (24HR) which can also get you into Clapham/Brixton in no time. Pubs, shops, restaurants and gyms aplenty nearby.

Your housemates are Alastair (28M) and Andreas (27M), both of us are from South Africa and working full-time. We are clean, easy-going and respectful, and are looking for someone with similar values.

Rent for the room is £1,300 and bills are an extra £150 per month which covers council tax, WIFI and utilities year-round.
The room is available from the 10th of September and we will sign a new 12-month contract. Our landlord manages the flat directly and has been very easy to communicate with during our time here.
