SUBLET - Lovely Putney room for 3 months

I have lived in this lovely flat share for 2.5 wonderful years. I am now looking to sublet my room for 3 months from September - November because I am going to go travelling. I will be returning to the room in December.

Move in date: flexible, from September 2024
Rent: £880pcm excl. bills (c.£80).
Deposit: Usually 5 weeks rent but TBC for a sublet
Council tax: Wandsworth council band E.

Double bedroom, furnished (bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, cupboard, and desk). Any other furniture is mine but I am happy to leave it in the room whilst I travel, including the desk chair and the full length standing mirror. This room gets all the afternoon sunshine which is lovely! Lots of space to store bags and boxes with under bed storage.

Bathroom shared with one other flatmate (there are two bathrooms). Shared space of open plan kitchen, dining and living room. No TV channels but can watch Netflix etc. Some space for storage of kitchen things but very little counter space so additional, big kitchen appliances are not recommended. Comes with crockery, cutlery, etc. All shared spaces are kept clean and respected, as you’d like to find it.

Putney is well connected (Putney overground Station, East Putney and Putney Bridge) - all 7-10min walk away (or a 5 minute run). Big grocery stores include Sainsbury’s, Lidl, Waitrose, Source Bulk (plastic free packaging) and Tesco convenience store. Lots of restaurants, bars, gyms, exercise studios, coffee shops, Wandsworth Park and even rowing by the river, which is <5 mins walk away.

The girls are a wonderful, international group from various corners of the world being Mexico, New Zealand and the UK. We are all working professionals with a mix of working from home and the office. We love to hang out and catch up whether at home or out, while also respect each other’s personal space and lives. We are low key obsessed with a Friday night pizza or Saturday brunch at the Dynamo restaurant nearby.
