Sublet for approx 4 months (ends just before Christmas), can be flexible and can be shorter or slightly longer.

Flat is on the ground floor in Putney. Approx 10 mins from East Putney. We have a large kitchen and dining area. There is also an outdoor shared garden front and back, patio is exclusive to this flat.

Rent is £850 and bills are around £100 per person per month.

Looking ideally for someone who doesn’t work from home and ideally a single female professional.

You'll be living with one 29 year old (me) who works in tech sales. Pretty friendly and out on weekends and work from the office 1-2 days a week. I keep the place clean and maintain a warm shared living space.
