Large en-suite room in Putney

This large en-suite bedroom is available from the 1st of October 2024. The rental agreement runs till March 2027 but has a break clause at the end of March 2025.

The other tenant is a close friend of mine who is a working professional (economist) who works from the flat twice a week.

The flat has a large kitchen with a dish washer and large fridge (freezer included). The living area is quite big with a couch, 2 chairs and a huge table for dinners. The location is ideal as it is a 5 minute walk to Putney Station (South Western) and a 10 minute walk to Putney East Station (District). The building is extremely safe with multiple locked doors as well as a concierge service during the week.

The bedroom itself is large, with more than enough space for a double bed and a desk with two large cupboards. All furniture will stay except for the desk in the said room and the flat screen television.

I am ideally looking for a candidate that is a working professional and someone who enjoys getting out about in London. No smokers and pets unfortunately.

The landlord deals with all issues and is incredible with his response time. He is rather lovely and lives in Chelsea.

Council tax is 70gpb per person per month and gas and elec usually come to 40gpb per person a month. Wifi is 18gpb a month and is super fast Sky.
