Large double on Putney Embankment

Fred (29) and Shannon (27) are looking for a flatmate to join them in their 4th floor riverside flat on Lower Richmond Road, just off Putney Bridge (8 minute walk to both Putney Bridge tube and Putney mainline station).

The location is awesome - the flat overlooks the Thames and is a stone's throw away from Putney High Street and everything Putney Embankment has to offer (including the Duke's Head, which is a 2 minute walk away). Main supermarkets also a short walk, and there is a beautiful gated communal garden for residents only.

The room is a large double, with generous built-in wardrobe storage and plenty of natural light. It is currently occupied by Harry, who is moving into his own place. There are two bathrooms, a large living room (with view) and a spacious modern kitchen.

Shannon works in the city and Fred as a security consultant, both in the office 3/4 times a week. Weekends are a very relaxed affair and the pub happens from time to time.

Bills are roughly £100 a month (and the porters take your bins out, which is pretty cool).
