Room to rent in Putney

My flatmate is moving in with her partner so I’m looking for a new flatmate to rent a double room in a two bedroom flat just off lower Richmond Road in Putney. We’re really near the river and Putney common which is ideal for running/cycling and generally lounging about outside. We’re also a 15 min walk from Putney Station (mainline) and Putney Bridge (District Line) and near Putney high street for shops/restaurants etc. The room is a decent sized double with good storage on a separate floor so you’ll have plenty of privacy, and the flat also has separate living and kitchen space! I moved in about a year ago and have painted and replaced carpets in bedrooms so everything is nice and fresh and feels like a home. I also have a friendly cat! Ideally looking for a professional woman in her 20s/30s like me who’s up for sometimes hanging out over a glass of wine/ trashy Netflix show but also has their own life in London. I work from the office 4/5 days a week so if you wfh you’d have the place to yourself mostly. Bills come out to around £150 per month for Gas, Electric, Council Tax (Band D) and WiFi. Initially offering a fixed 6 month rental period, with opportunity to extend if everything goes well! Will be arranging viewings over the next few weeks and can be flexible on move in date.
