Putney Flat 🌻

I’ve been living in this beautiful Victorian flat for a few months now and sadly my friends are moving out so I’m looking for GIRLS to take their rooms. It’s a private landlord property, but they letting it throught agency so I’m currently trying to make an offer I just need details of the new tenants to do so. I’m going to offer a contract for 2 YEARS so please make sure you’re fine with that. (It should be one year break clause tho)

ABOUT THE FLAT

It’s a beautiful Victorian building full of antique furniture from our landlord. It has a tiny Victorian lift in the building and a private outside garden, see on the pictures. Garden is lovely and has tons of flowers, fountain and tables/benches. We have a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, WIFI and landlord was nice enough to leave us plenty of pretty plates, I’ll show you on the viewing. House is located right by the pier and has all type of supermarkets from 3 to 10 mins walk distance. We have an organic shops within 10 mins cycle and many coffee shops very close. Putney Bridge station is 8 mins walk and Putney is 10 mins walk, a bus stop is right outside the building. The area itself is very save in any time and really beautiful walking distance around: we are right next to the park and many pubs, restaurants.

I’m 22 yo model and actress. Into yoga classes and meditations. I like working out and recently started cooking, healthy eating. Just finished my degree and took an acting training, starting my working journey. Enjoy playing golf out when it’s sunny and being out for coffees.

ABOUT YOU

I’m looking for a nice dynamic for a house so we can all hang out for coffees on a beer on a weekend, and chat/watch movies in the evenings. I’d love someone who has a full time job, hobbies and life outside of house. A clean person is a must, who can respect each other space. I’m planning to upgrade the space and buy plants and small nice stuff for a house, so someone who would respect a house and help me to decorate it would be sweet.
