Hey everyone, our third housemate is moving out which means we have a double room becoming available on the 14th October!

📍Three bed flat in Putney. East Putney tube station a 2 minute walk away & Putney train station 8 minutes. About a ten minute walk to the river and plenty of green spaces around! We also have a large communal garden for the flats in the building.

🛏️ The room is a double and is fully furnished with a huge built in wardrobe. The flat itself has a large lounge area, roomy kitchen & a big shared bathroom. We also get really nice sun into the flat throughout the day & into the evening.

💸 Rent for the room is £853 pcm (excluding bills - which are usually around £120pm). There’s also a deposit cost (which we expect to be approximately £600),

✨Your flatmates will be Emily & Vicky (both 26). We’ve lived in this flat for 1.5 years and want to resign our contract for another year! Emily works in the gaming industry & Vicky is a civil servant. We’re big fans of evenings in on the sofa and weekends spent going to a gig or exploring London.

🌟We’re looking for another woman around our age. Someone who is easy to get along with, clean, tidy & is looking to become friends - we want this flat to be a home!
