Double Room in Riverside Putney Flat

We’re two young (27) professionals working in insurance and sports journalism looking to renew our contract as one of our friends is moving out for work reasons.

The room tenancy is available from start of November to end of next August.

The flat is a lovely, very large space, over two floors, with three bedrooms, all of which have their own private bathrooms. It has a large balcony and kitchen / living area and is part of a highly sought after complex with 24/7 concierge and a free gym. It’s right on the river in Putney, with both overground and tube within a seven/eight minute walk. Putney boasts tube, train, bus and boat routes.

We’re both sports fans, and so have all the relevant subscriptions on the 55 inch TV upstairs. Sky sports, TNT, Discovery, Netflix, Prime etc. You won’t need to contribute for any of these.

The room itself is fully furnished with a queen bed, a large private bathroom opposite and potentially room for a small desk.

We like going out to the pub for drinks and socialising on weekends but generally during the week we’re just in relaxing and watching tele after work.

We like to keep the flat very tidy so would be keen for someone who likes to live in the same conditions.

The rent is £1,035 month not including bills. They usually come to about £140 a month.
