Two double bedroom flat available from 29 Sep 24 for a 6 month minimum - I am putting it up for sale so I am afraid that after March you may be asked to move out -but will be given 6 weeks notice. This inconvenience is reflected in the price!

Young professional couple or Mature students preferred, minimum age 21.

Flat is fully furnished.

All bills are included in the price. Heating, electric, water, wifi. I only ask tumble dryer use is kept to a minimum please as it uses up energy rapidly.

Flat is fairly modern, neighbours are quiet, parking is free.

Pets are fine but I will charge £100 out of the deposit for carpet cleaning- unless you want to do it yourself, happy with that as long as receipts provided for products

It is a 1 mile walk to Putney station or you can get the bus from the top of the road which takes 10 mins. Putney high street with all its bars and restaurants is just as close.

Flat will be professionally cleaned 1 week before available date.
