2 x double rooms in beautiful home in East Putney

After 7 years of wonderful memories and brilliant housemates, I've decided it's finally time to move on! Truthfully, this has been a great house to live in with amazing transport connections in a really lovely neighborhood with everything so close by, and I've literally had no good reason to leave until now. Our other housemate, James is also moving out to move in with his partner, leaving 2 x garden facing double rooms free in this bright and big semi-detached house.

The house is super spacious and includes a shared living room, 1 bedroom, a wc, cellar, fully equipped kitchen with 2 standing fridge/freezers, gas hob and oven, washer dryer and loads of cupboard space leading out into the garden on the ground floor. On the second floor we have another double bedroom (available), family sized bathroom and an additional shower room. Moving up, we have a large double room and a second double bedroom. And finally on the the top floor is another full family bathroom and double bedroom (available). With so much space we never feel on top of each other or have to fight for bathroom time.

The housemates remaining are friendly and sociable but also like their alone time and are busy working professionals however do enjoy some couch time together with a naughty take out on a weekend, or a little outing for a roast. Shane is a fireman and landscaper who spends time in the gym or on his brand new motorbike, Kirsty is a political photographer who enjoys reading, running and yoga; and Charlie is from New Zealand, loves gaming and is a Campaign Director for a market research company.

We are looking for friendly and outgoing professional people who are also clean, tidy and respectful of each other's space and belongings, and are generally a positive addition to the house.
