Hello! We are looking for someone to sublet a massive double room in our stunning flat until mid-January, with a potential to move onto the lease after this.

Move in date would be 29 November.

About the room
•⁠ ⁠Rent is £900 per month, with bills coming to around £100 although this may rise in the winter months
•⁠ ⁠The room is comes with a big dresser, and there is a double bed and sidetables for purchase.
•⁠ Lovely view over the shared garden with lots of natural light

We have a large lounge with a projector for those cosy nights in and a separate dining area and kitchen perfect for hosting dinner parties and pretending you’re on MasterChef 🍽️

The flat is a 13-minute walk to East Putney station (district line) and a 10-minute walk to Putney train station. There is also a bus stop a 3-minute walk away with routes to Clapham Junction, South Kensington, Piccadilly Circus and more.

We’re also super close to Putney Heath and Richmond Park is only a short bike or train ride away.

Current flatmates
You’ll be living with Rach and Ange, and we’re both in our late 20s. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and clean. We are super open to hanging out as a flat but we both equally enjoy doing our own thing and will be respectful of your space 😊
