Double room in Putney

Hi everyone!
We have had a big double room become available in our cute 3 bed flat at the end of September. We are 2 friends who like to hang out in the evenings together, but also out with other friends. Lottie is a big exercise fanatic, and I am very much trying to be (with a half marathon to train for!). We also both love a binge watch.
Looking for another girl of similar age and interests to join our little home.

Rent is £1025 and Bills are around £100 a month
It’s signing a 12 month lease from October, so would like to get sorted asap.
Viewings from 10th-12th September - in person only.

The actual flat is located about 5 mins from Putney river, 10 mins to Putney overground station and very close to lots of cute pubs and coffee shops on lower Richmond road.
The room itself will be unfurnished due to the current tenant taking their furniture with them, so will need to bring a bed frame , and drawers etc.
