Double room in super light & spacious 2-bed flat

Hiya,

Super light and spacious 2 bedroom flat. 2 toilets. Split level. Two bedrooms downstairs and bathroom with bath/shower and then kitchen/dining area/split level lounge/bookshelves and then out onto a massive south facing deck.

10 min walk to either Putney Bridge Tube or East Putney or Putney Rail Station. Also lots of bus links.

If you aren't familiar with Putney - it's a lovely safe area, close to the river and Richmond Park.

The landlord lives abroad but he is super lovely. Myself and the current flatmate need to move out as they are renovating for 4 weeks and I plan to move back in on the 1st of November, so photos are shown as is current, but the kitchen is being replaced and general tlc/painting will be done.

So looking for someone to join the rental agreement from my old housemate. The room available is large, with two huge windows and a super comfy bed. Inbuilt wardrobes and plenty of space.

The flat is super warm as it's the top floor flat with three skylights and large glass doors onto the deck.

Bills are on top, roughly come to 110 pounds per month: wifi: 19, gas/elec: ~30-40 per month, council tax roughly 45 per month and water 112 per 6 months.

About me, I'm 34F from Australia. Lived in London for 7 years. Enjoy cycling, running, latin dancing, music, theatre/enjoying london, getting outdoors. I mainly wfh - 4 days a week and go into the office 1 day as a Healthcare Analyst.

Looking for: Someone similar age range - although not ageist - so if you aren't in the age range but think you would be a good match - please send a message anyway, clean/considerate housemate that has there own life but also social enough to chat a little but also give the other own space so it's a relaxed place. Open to doing activities together, but more so just want a calm and happy home environment. Open to someone who works from home as well - but not suitable for someone who is on the phone all day and speaking loudly (unless you are happy to go to room for meetings if you have a lot). - as I am mainly computer based (with some meetings) and need to focus.

Happy to send a video if interested. Can also come and look at the flat up until mid October when the renovations will take place, but looking for someone who can commit to the flat before mid October.

Probably not suitable with anyone with mobility issues as is a flight to get into the flat and a flight internally.
