The two-floor flat is shared with easy-going tenants, working and respecting private space but also enjoying having some drinks, socialising and watching movies sometimes! We also enjoy spending time outdoors.

As the previous two tenants are moving out, I am looking for two new flatmates to join for one year. Someone who is friendly, sociable, up for a chat but also enjoys alone time.

The third room is a double room with plenty of storage space and light. The shared area includes a kitchen and a spacious and comfy living room leading onto a small balcony and communal gardens. The bathroom has been renovated and has a bath and a shower with a separate toilet room.
The rent is £733.33 excluding bills. Bills are around £100 per person which includes water, electricity, gas, wifi, and council tax.

The flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Putney High Street with lots of bars and restaurants as well as Lidl, Waitrose and several gyms. Putney Common is a two-minute walk away and the river is about a 5-minute walk away. There is also Putney Bridge tube station and Putney rail station a short walk away.
